Surgical Removal of Skin Lesions

Surgical removal of tumors is performed following dermatological and dermoscopic examination and the recommendation of a doctor. It is done under local anesthesia, and during the procedure, the patient feels no pain. The lesion is removed completely, and then it is mandatory to send it for histopathological analysis. Sometimes, it is necessary to take a biopsy first if there is suspicion of a specific diagnosis before removing the lesion completely.
