Hair Loss

Few dermatological issues have an emotional impact and affect the quality of life of patients as significantly as hair loss, in both women and men.

This process inevitably includes a dermatologist's examination, trichoscopy (examination of the hair with a dermatoscope), and laboratory analyses. Only after using all these steps does the dermatologist decide on the further course of treatment.

PRP Treatment

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) method involves using the patient's blood to obtain plasma rich in platelets, which, when injected into the skin, strongly stimulates its regeneration and is particularly effective in achieving better hair density, stimulating growth, and faster recovery after hair transplant. Since the plasma is derived from the patient's own blood, there is no risk of allergic or immune reactions.

It is important to note that not all PRP therapy is of the same quality; its quality and results largely depend on the technology used to separate platelets from the blood.

At the Lasàm Clinic, the Arthrex Angel Whole Blood Separation System is used. It is the only system on the market for separating platelet-rich plasma that allows for adjusting the concentration of platelets in the PRP formulation for each patient individually. It safely and quickly separates platelet-poor plasma (PPP) and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from the patient's blood, allowing variations in volume and concentration adjustment for different:

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy for hair loss is a non-invasive therapeutic method during which special mesotherapy cocktails composed of vitamins, growth factors, trace elements, and amino acids are injected into the scalp's skin layer where blood vessels and hair follicles are located using the thinnest needles.

Mesotherapy prevents further hair loss, significantly improves its quality, and stimulates new hair growth. The treatment is quick and almost painless, requiring a series of 3 to 5 treatments to achieve optimal results, at intervals determined by the doctor.

Laser treatment

Laser treatment are highly effective in treating hair loss as they biostimulate hair growth in thinning areas by increasing blood and oxygen flow and stimulating the hair follicle at the cellular level.

This way, the progression of hair loss is halted, and new hair growth is stimulated. Laser treatments for hair loss yield excellent results when combined with other hair loss treatments such as PRP, mesotherapy, and medication therapy.

Hair Transplant

The Lasàm Clinic uses the most advanced FUE method for hair transplant, which involves individually extracting grafts for transplantation using a micro-surgical instrument that makes small, circular incisions around each graft, just enough to remove the entire follicular unit (graft) with its root. The FUE technique ensures the best results because the survival rate of grafts is highest when the intact follicular unit is transplanted as is.
